OOC Intros

Welcome, new players and old players with new characters! This is the OOC Introduction post, made specially as a gathering place to meet and greet and get to know each other and our characters! Please take a moment to introduce yourself. You may do it any way you like or, if you're a fan of structure, please feel free to use this handy dandy copy-paste:

<b>Player Name:</b> Whatever you want us to call you. <b>Contact:</b> Plurk, Discord, whatever it is you use. Don't forget to mention if it's OK for people to add you! <b>Pronouns:</b> Whatever they are, please include them so everyone can be respectful of who you are. <b>Other Characters?</b> Or are you so fresh they could sell you at the farmer's market? <b>Tell us about yourself:</b> Hobbies, favorite times to tag, pets, quirks, favorite times/styles to tag, anything you'd like us to know. <b>Character Name (Canon):</b> Character name (and what they're from!) <b>Tell us about them:</b> Give us a quick little introduction of your character, no more than a paragraph, to let us know a little about them. This will give people an idea of maybe how they can plot with their character and yours depending on potential interactions, but it also gives you a chance to gush about them to everyone. (We know you want to!) <b>Initial Ideas:</b> We know you're just getting started off here so you may not have any solid goals for where you want to go yet, but let us know if there's anything you're looking for to start off with! Types of CR, parts of the setting you want to play with, magic you want to have your character have a disaster with, whatever floats your boat. <b>What is your favorite type of gemstone or crystal?</b> This section is going to change for each OOC intro, we just want to put something fun each time. :) <b>Anything else:</b> Permissions, opt-outs, shitposting, etc.

Hi Koree. I don't know if you remember me, but I used to go by AL and I think we were in Route 29 together?

Now I go by Shiranna and play Archer, Jean Kirstein, Mamoru Chiba, Ren Jinguji and Sokka. It's nice to see you again.

Hello, Shiranna! I'm sure we were! I played there for a good while (not nearly as long as some of our vets but still). Forgive me but I may need a refresher on who you played at that time, just to jog my memory. Your previous handle sounds familiar enough it's right on the tip of my brain but I can't figure it out. It's been such a long time since Route even went by Route. (I FEEL OLD, my God.)

In any event, it's really nice to see you again, too! I've been hearing a bit about you (all good and fun things) from Nea, and I'm looking forward to an excuse to throw this idiot at your characters! I'm most familiar with Archer and Sokka (you probably know the latter already given who I played), but I know OF Mamoru and Jean as well. Ren is totally unfamiliar to me right now, though.

(ETA: We were also gamemates at Prisma, a while back!)

I played a few over the years. I think most notably Ren who I also play here and Edward Elric. Oh and a prince of tennis kid.

Oh, right! I think I remember Sun Wukong having CR with Ziva, at least for a little bit?

And I do think Archer needs more CR (even if he strongly disagrees) and Sokka is a social butterfly anyway.

Ah! Yes, I remember, it was probably Ed that I knew you through at R29? I played Alphonse there for a hot minute myself, but most of my stay was Katara. I also vaguely remember PoT (I was never canon familiar but the anime was big when I was still active in LJ/DW?).

I don't think it was Sun Wukong (you mean from RWBY right?), but we'll get some CR here, so it's all good!

I' m confusing my WoLs lmao. Wouldn't be the first time. Anyway, I do now remember you from Prisma too and especially Katara over at R29.

I'm actually on hiatus for this month so I'm mostly sitting out of the event but we'll definitely have chances to develop CR in the future. My plurk is at sasageyo tho, if you feel like you want to add me for future plotting.

Awesome! \o I sent you a friend request over there. I hope the break does you well! When you make it back there's also the option of throwing this red head at him or anyone else. Just got her acceptance a bit ago and her stuff settled. She's further down on this same post if you'd like info (since her journal is a WIP).
