OOC Intros

Welcome, new players and old players with new characters! This is the OOC Introduction post, made specially as a gathering place to meet and greet and get to know each other and our characters! Please take a moment to introduce yourself. You may do it any way you like or, if you're a fan of structure, please feel free to use this handy dandy copy-paste:

Don't forget to mention if it's OK for people to add you! <b>Pronouns:</b> Whatever they are, please include them so everyone can be respectful of who you are. <b>Tell us about yourself:</b> Hobbies, favorite times to tag, pets, quirks, favorite times/styles to tag, anything you'd like us to know. <b>Character Name & Journal:</b> Character name and journal here! <b>Tell us about them:</b> Give us a quick little introduction of your character, no more than a paragraph, to let us know a little about them. This will give people an idea of maybe how they can plot with their character and yours depending on potential interactions, but it also gives you a chance to gush about them to everyone. Tell us about yourself: Ugh... I suck at intros! Anyway, hi, I'm totally new here! In RL I'm an artist and professional portrait photographer. Most of my subjects are little kids though, expect during the summer. The summer is the time I do high school senior portraits. And from my experience, the little kids listen and follow directions better.
When I'm not photographing, I'm working on painting and trying to build a portfolio of some of my more recent work. Currently slow going a the moment. I do eventually would like to open an Etsy shop to sell prints through.
Other than that, I love to read, play video games, and watch anime. So yeah, I'm a bit of a dork that way.

Character Name & Journal: Rose | originaldragoon
Tell us about them: This is Rose, one the protagonists for an old PS1 game called The Legend of Dragoon. She's a 11,000+ year old semi-immortal lady who fits a little into the morally grey area (the whole willing to do bad things for the greater good thing). She's a bit standoffish and not very social when people first meet her. She's actually a borderline introvert. But she does warm up to people eventually! They just have to work for it. Like really work for it. She's actually a nice person once you get to know her! Just don't go prying too much into her personal business/history. There's a pretty good chance that you may not like what you see.
She's also a bit of a badass when it comes fighting. Well, she does have thousands of years worth of experience of being a warrior.
Initial Ideas:Right now, I'll be taking Rose post canon, so she's going to be wondering if Avalon is some kind of weird afterlife at first. She's also going to be trying to figure out all the modern technology and doing magic without the use of her Dragoon Spirit. As for CR, girl will definitely need someone to get her out and force her to be more social. Other than that, we'll see how things go with her.
My Dream Aesthetic: Goth, steampunk, and fantasy are a few of the many aesthetics I'm drawn to.
Anything else: There is a permissions post on her journal so please check it out since there are some pretty triggery things about her history that is canon. And this is all I can think of for now! Look forward to playing with everyone!

Hope ya have fun here! Homura's currently forming her CR as I joined last month through shenanigans, like the vines, fighting, quests, more fighting, etc. Could have these two eventually meet up or just have them know each other from the TDM if you wish.

Well I'm working on an open Log to bring Rose into the game so we can work from there? sorry for being slow tagging in the TDM. I just wasn't braining any good responses at the moment
