OOC Intros

Welcome, new players and old players with new characters! This is the OOC Introduction post, made specially as a gathering place to meet and greet and get to know each other and our characters! Please take a moment to introduce yourself. You may do it any way you like or, if you're a fan of structure, please feel free to use this handy dandy copy-paste:

Tell us about yourself: Just copy-pasting from my previous post, so if you've read this already there's nothing new!

I enjoy being able to boomerang so my favorite tag time tends to be after I've finished work, and on weekends or holiday breaks! I'm good with either action or prose, though I find action often gives the best of both worlds. I've been writing prose almost exclusively for the past year and a half.

As for hobbies, as you can probably tell I enjoy video games, with Final Fantasy (9, 13, and 14) and Assassin's Creed (Ezio trilogy and Unity) being my favorite series, at the moment. I'm a fan of a lot of anime, but most of it is older since I haven't had the time or drive to get into new stuff in a while. A lot of what I watch now is either Netflix or Youtube. I also play D&D, so there may be some nights when I'm not tagging.

Character Name (Canon): Sakura Haruno (Naruto)
Tell us about them: Sakura is a shinobi/kunoichi/medic-nin from Konohagakure-- which basically just means she's a ninja (and a medical/healer specialist, in particular) from a place known as the Village Hidden in the Leaves. She puts on a very reserved front at times but the reality is she can be very explosive expressive (especially if offended). Usually this is only directed at certain canon-mates, so feel free to approach for friendly CR! She spends a lot of her time working, though that won't be a thing so much here, especially while she's learning magic.

She's incredibly intelligent, especially about her field (the medical field) (Though please be aware that I as the player am very much NOT. And on top of that I'm squemish. Makes an interesting character choice, I know. c8; Be gentle, please.), and she can be a bit of a workaholic, as mentioned, but Sakura also enjoys doing normal things like shopping and enjoying treats or getting meals with friends!

Initial Ideas: Aside from the CR with her canon-mates I really want Sakura to meet some other young women her age that she can be friends with, who might convince her not to spend all her time on the job (or hovering around her two younger canon-mates) when she inevitably either finds or makes one for herself.

• People who she can have a friendly rivalry with or people she may decide warrant keeping an eye on, and people who can become allies, too!

• She'll be looking to start learning how to use her magic (healing and kinetic) and she'll probably be a quick study given her level of control.

• Sakura already has a flame for someone, but flirty types her age are welcome to get on her nerves or try to form a genuine bond with her, romance may be off the table but friendship isn't (and it wouldn't even be the first time).

I am so late to tagging this but hello! Hanabi is trying to keep up with her training, studying her magic and is going on quests where possible because she wants to be serious and responsible.

If you'd like, she can see Sakura's name in the network list and send her a message? She will try to offer what helpful information she has.
