Morgan has been throwing the weight of his extensive Bargains and money obtained from said extensive Bargains into providing food, shelter, and comfort for the refugees. Also, he's setting up a pretty massive Bargaining chain among the dust bunnies, of all creatures, to transport goods and resources out of the small trapped places in the ruins. Camelot might be a little crowded with them in the future and he's had to pay them with a lot of pens and socks, so who knows where all THOSE will be turning up.
