August Announcements & June Update Log

Important Announcements for August:

• Weather Report: August is hot and sunny for the first three weeks, in the mid-70s to low-80s. The last week and a half are cloudy. This is except where otherwise stated.
• Arthur survived the Hall of Mirrors attack, but he was gravely injured and will not be making an address this month. (Like seriously, it was a close one.)
• The following Death Mages will be given rewards for heroism in Celliwig for both protecting the Hall of Mirrors and exorcising the specters that had possessed the hall's mirrors:

    • Grateful Celliwigians will, unless given reason not to, be giving gifts of food and flowers and tossing black and white confetti over their heads periodically throughout the month, and they will be given a badge of honor if they attend a ceremony with the mayor the first week of the month.

NEW Housekeeping Updates:

• Bestiary has been updated with all creatures mentioned in monthly updates, quests, events, and test drive memes. We are only human so we may be missing something, feel free to let us know if something slipped through.
• The Obtainables Glossary has been updated to now have the full color-coded list and be able to view individual item type sheets. This way, you can view the glossary however you are most comfortable. 
• The available area on the Locations page map has been updated, including two areas that will be opened this month. (The first mountain in the Ash Mountains, full access to the Land of Rot, and a new chunks of the Lake of Avalon-- details to be released!)
• NPCs are now divided between different moderators to more evenly distributed and increase availability (we will be discussing interaction options soon and let you know once those are updated):
  • Tay will continue to play Arthur, Lady of the Lake, and Gwion
  • AL will be playing Merlin going forward.
  • Orange Crates will be playing Morganna going forward.
  • Fii will be playing Archimedes going forward.
• Tay will be on hiatus this month as she is moving, but will still be around to answer questions. Just be aware that responses to FAQ questions and associated NPCs may be slower or more sporadic than usual.

Upcoming Updates:

• FAQ reorganization
• Locations page reorganization
• In November, all monthly items will be available for the game's one year anniversary. If you missed a previous monthly item (see Glossary for all available obtainables), you'll have a chance to get it in November! Please make sure to also purchase regular items you have been interested in before then as well, as some items of the standard stock will be changed. (We will be looking at previous purchases to see which ones are the least popular and switch things up.)
