Barbara's from a place where dragons are her allies (who are admittedly a lil jaded on the non-Barbara parts of humanity, but not actively hostile towards them) so being in a situation where she's dealing with them as an enemy could be fun! (Or if Lavellan wants to do vice versa + an evil imperial attack, Barbara's got a memoryfest going on here.)
