+1 warrior princess
Hello all! I'm Christine and I am brand-new here, although I see a lot of familiar faces on the taken page! I'm bringing in Jade from Dragon Quest XI (specifically the Definitive Edition), a princess who has been on the run for a number of years while kicking ass and taking names across the land in the interest of finding out what's rotten in her home world of Erdrea.
She'll be finding herself granted with dark magic which will, in some ways, run parallel to the way she has learned to weaponize allure to captivate various foes back home. Otherwise, she's very dependent on physical combat and is comfortable with a variety of weapons, or even none at all. If you give her a good reason and you've got an ass, she'll kick it, etc., although she's not indiscriminate about who she throws down with— monsters and genuine baddies only. She's accompanied by her Succubat familiar, which is exactly what it sounds like.
For all her inner aggression and despite how hot she is for fighting, she does manage to hang onto some of her royal upbringing, and is quite compassionate, even-tempered and level-headed, choosing to channel that aggression productively. That said, this one time the Luminary's life flashed before his eyes, so she's not afraid to use intimidation if need be. She loves sparring, cooking and sweets, among other things, and will be very impressed by a lot of the more modern aspects of Avalon. Phones are all new, but she's both stubborn and a quick study, so she'll be dedicating some time to figuring them out. Like many, she'll be grumpy about being pulled away from responsibilities elsewhere, but she's quick to dedicate herself to a cause when she sees the opportunity.
