Hello everyone!

My name is Ax, the player of Claire Redfield (cameprepared), and I'm bringing in my second character from a much more lighthearted canon. This is Tsuyu Asui, AKA "Froppy" from My Hero Academia.

Tsuyu is a teenage superhero in training, and normally she'd possess abilities based on her froglike anatomy. That's not the case here, which is going to cause some seriously weird adjustments for her. Tsu is a very friendly, level-headed, mostly laid back sort of person that speaks her mind in a sometimes blunt fashion. She's sociable in her own way, if not quite as upbeat and chipper as some, and she's a nice balance of serious and silly.

Tsuyu's familiar is a kappa, which is a kind of aquatic yokai in Japanese folklore. It's about the size of a short person, and it's kind of a cross between a duck, a frog, and a turtle. She'll also have Light magic.

Helloooooo Avalonians!

My name's Kyo and I'm a new player here, bringing in Bennett from Genshin Impact!

Some of you might recognize him as one of the obtainable characters within the game who everyone should have in their party because he's amazing to have on the team, but for those who don't, Bennett here is an adventuer and has the personality of what you'd expect from a shounen hero: he's cheerful, enthusiastic, friendly, optimistic, and full of unbridled passion, with a strong sense of justice and a desire to always be helpful to others.

But he also carries a huge chip on his shoulder. You see, Bennett here carries a "curse" of bad luck, and wherever he goes, bad things happen, usually to him. This can range from smaller things like him getting injured or not finding any treasure on an adventure to larger things like getting caught in a pitfall or getting struck by lightning. He's the leader of his own adventure team, but his perceived bad luck has caused them all to abandon him, forcing him to be a one-man adventure team. And yet despite his ill fortures, he always tries his best to remain positive and upbeat, even though sometimes that gets really challenging for him.

Bennett's familiar is a seelie, which in the context of Genshin Impact are spirit-like creatures that guide adventurers to treasure if you help them. He's going to possess healing magic, playing into his desires to be helpful to others, and also into his reckless behavior.

Hi everyone!

So, I'm Caprica, new to Avalon in figuring it might be a good choice for a second game for something lighter than my other (horror) game. I'm bringing in this little Angel bundle of sunshine and Friendship, Colette Brunel of Tales of Symphonia! She's coming in from the first game basically just as she figures that Final Seal, for those familiar. So decently early canon. She will be very ????!!! at being able to do things like talk, feel things (pain, heat, cold), taste or sleep again because Angel transformations are So Fun like that, guys! No really. (Because of this, I will be starting fresh with her and not figuring continuing the stuff from the test drive, given she can speak and such.)

Basically, for those unfamiliar, Colette is a girl basically brought up as a Sacrifice for the good of Sylvarant to go on a Journey to restore her world's mana supply. She doesn't know the ulterior motives with this regarding it actually being a whole plot regarding the villain and I don't want to spoil anyone who might be in the process of playing through it. But yeah she goes on this whole Journey and prays at these five Seals where the Angels grant her more of their powers/take away more and more of her humanity in the process and this is why she has self esteem issues. Because she has been raised to believe everyone else's lives are worth more than hers. That it is acceptable and expected that she go on this journey and die/sacrifice herself as a result. She will apologize even if it is not her fault. She will always do this little giggle when she lies. She will befriend anyone (including......ninja sent to assassinate her......) and is the most Oblivious ever regarding more explicit stuff that just goes straight over her head. She's obviously got her issues (like not celebrating her birthday as her birthday but more a Church thing for the town she lived in to be yay one year closer to the Chosen going on her Journey!) but she is generally the sort to have a smile on her face for everyone else's sake. Because Everything Is Fine, guys. Really!

She's coming in with a Protozoan as her Familiar (no, not Noishe. :( she wishes. idk if she will end up calling it that just assuming it is or not because Noishe is kinda unique lol) but lbr she will name and love it because Doggo! (It is not in fact actually really a dog......) and she has Light Magic here. She probably will mess up said magic on occasion too.

For those familiar, her Cruxis Crystal is nerfed, hence the speaking/sleeping etc again, and she won't have access to her wings as a result. Or her techs from home, obviously. She's coming in with her chakrams and some gels (apple ones will work, not the orange gels here.) and the necklace Lloyd gives her.

Hey friends! I've been out of games for approximately a billion years so I'm extra psyched to be here with Akira Kunimi from Haikyuu, the laziest boy ever to play intramural sports on a super-elite team. He's a month away from 16, always in search of the path of least exertion, and secretly feels a lot more than he lets on. He's also a lowkey troll but only when he takes a liking to someone, and a highkey smartass 99% of the time... so naturally he's got cognitive magic.

His familiar is a komainu, one of the giant stone lions that guards Shinto shrines. It's the size of a Saint Bernard and actually looks like it's made of different types of stone, but it's warm and soft to the touch. It answers to the name Yuu because it likes Kunimi but that's definitely not its real name.

Aaaaand I'm Jupiter, nice to meet y'all. I don't have a discord atm but can be found at zearthling. I'm so ready to jump in!!

Hiiii, hello! My name's Orion (just Ori is also fine!) and I have two new characters: Minato Arisato from Persona 3, and Karma Akabane from Assassination Classroom.

Minato is pretty calm and quiet and easy to get along with. His hobbies include eating, sleeping, and talking to strangers, the simple pleasures in life. Karma, on the other hand, enjoys butting heads with other people, but is easygoing in his own way (as in... his way...) If you don't want to interact with him or Minato for any reason, don't hesitate to let me know via their info/permissions posts!

For anything else, I can be reached via pm to either account, or at birdseed which you can feel free to add; right now it's mostly rp and me crying about work and also this new cat I just got, as a heads-up. Looking forward to playing with everybody!!

HELLO! My name is Seraph and I am new to the game. I decided to burden myself with not one character but two!

The first is, of course, Bakugou Katsuki from My Hero Academia. He's a pretty aggressive guy with an "explosive" temper. Honestly it's because Bakugou has like 0 emotional regulation. Happy? Starts yelling. Sad? Starts yelling. Mad? Blows things up. So his yelling is not an indication of his actual mood or what he's really thinking. That and being kind of rude and a jerk is just his default. It's nothing personal. Truthfully, Katsuki has a very strong sense of morals and is working towards being a hero like the rest of his classmates. He's a pretty big nerd too and actually smarter than he looks. Bakugou enjoys cooking, cleaning, and hiking. Additionally, he's coming in with 3-4 months of being in a previous game so there might be some references. Canon-wise he's from more recent chapters so if people don't want spoilers, I'd be more than happy to oblige. All in all he actually is a good guy with a very prickly outside.

Then there is Xiao from Genshin Impact. He is also kind of prickly. However, his insides are much squishier and gentler than the other guy up there. Xiao is an adeptus and very much not human. He kind of spent a chunk of his life committing violent acts under servitude of a god with no way out. Until Rex Lapis saved him from that fate. In return, Xiao gave him his loyalty and made a contract to protect the land from demons, mutations, and those defeated gods that try to rise up again from time to time. Thing is, doing this actually puts a toll on Xiao and he's in constant pain. He's been doing this for over 2000 years - a silent guardian over the land of Liyue. And that's really not all, but why spoil everything? He's not called upon for wisdom or anything like that, but to put down threats. Because of this, he keeps his distance from others so they don't get caught up in it. All the while, he is horribly curious about humanity and dreams of one day being able to dance to the music of the flute.

I've been literally vibrating about joining this game over the course of the last month so I'm pretty excited? My plurk is jardaan if anyone wants to add me for plotting purposes or just to chat!

Hello there! I’m Mich and I’m brand new to the game bringing in two characters!

First up is Venti from Genshin Impact who is a wandering bard from the region of Mondstadt. He loves music, poems, singing and can play several instruments. He will usually ask for money, fresh fruit or a whole lot of tasty wine in return for a sick beat. He’s fearless, playful, scheming and will probably meddle with you just for the laugh. Despite the playful and airy attitude and his boyish young looks he’s actually a 2600+ year old god of freedom and wind so treat him like the senior citizen that he actually is. He can be enigmatic, lazy and believes in so much FREEDOM BABY but he’s also a highly skilled archer if you need a strong shot. He comes to Avalon with Kinetic magic and a blue Seelie as his familiar companion!

And then there is Izuku Midoriya from My Hero Academia who is a sixteen-year-old student in training to become the number one HEEERROOO in the world. He’s a reckless and courageous boy who is still a little wet behind the ears. He can be nervous, anxious and overanalytical because he’s also a giant nerd when it comes to all things heroes and cool abilities. Tell him about your homeworld abilities and he’ll more than likely want to write everything you say down in a notebook. Izuku also actually comes from a few short months of CRAU activity from another game but he’s not that changed! Basically, he has some insomnia issues from his previous game and is currently very worried about his quirk. He comes to Avalon with Alchemy magic and a small useless half-sheep-half-goat creature called a Musimon. Here is a cute picture of him!

Hello, everyone!! My name is Roxy and I am riding in on the MHA train, bringing in Ochako Uraraka to excitedly wiggle her fists at you if you're cool or fun or nice.

Ochako is pretty much a sweetiepie - very kindly and nice, but also excitable and energetic and sometimes blunt and honest to the point of being kind of rude accidentally, ahaha...Oops. She is sixteen (16) years old and if you're not familiar with the canon, a superhero in training!! Or was before she came here to Avalon. :'D;; She's still got time to get around that mountain, ohoho.

Anyway, she's very easy to get along with, since she's pretty friendly and her helpful nature means she tends to stick her nose into things unprompted (sorry, it's part of being a hero - they meddle sometimes). She also has very little concept of personal space once she gets to know your character, so expect some hugs, touches and just generally being up in your business as CR develops. u_u I am sorry, I cannot change this. She is just...a little kreacher.

Anyway, I am super duper happy to be here, since I have been eyeing Avalon since its development and finally took the plunge to apping and playing here!! Stoked to meet everyone and all my threads have been a JOY, so thanks for the warm welcome everyone! The cross-canon CR I've gotten is so, so enjoyable and I'm excited for more. C:
