This is AL, the player of Jean Kirstein, Archer (EMIYA), Ren Jinguji and Sokka, bringing in my fifth character.

Meet Raven Branwen from RWBY, who is now my oldest character when you don't count Archers time shenanigans. She's been awarded Mom of The Year award due to being such a great mom and abandoning her family when her daughter was very, very young. She never contacted her, but spied on her from afar. Such a great and inspiring mother figure. She's the leader of the Branwen clan, who are a group of bandits.

However, she was in Prismatica for a while and here is what I wrote on her app:
During her stay in Prismatica, Raven notably calmed down and stopped looking behind her shoulder as much as she usually does. She managed to build meaningful connections - a few even from bridges she thought she had completely burned. She could even go as far as to say she was happy. She still has a lot of issues to work through, but at least she got a nice start there.

So while she could still be a dangerous individual-- no, she is still dangerous. Just not as dangerous as she might have been without Prisma in the middle. And well, her powers have been taken away, too, so :D

Raven's magic is Dark (opt in thingie here) and her familiar is a smaller version of a Nevermore.

Hello, Avalon! My name is Amanda and I'll be bringing in Portugal from the Hetalia franchise.

For those who aren't canon-familiar, Hetalia is a gag manga that explores historical and cultural topics through characters that represent countries. It began as a webcomic and has since spawned into multiple published serializations, as well as an ongoing anime adaptation.

Portugal, as his name implies, is an allegory for the country of the same name. He's a sunny, laid-back (ex-)explorer that often gets mistaken for Spain, with whom he shares an (unnamed) ancestor. In Avalon, he'll be learning Elemental Magic and his familiar will be Adamastor, a Portuguese mythological creature that was created by his national poet, Luís de Camões.

You can find Portugal's catch-all permissions post here. His journal also has an opt-out post here if you'd prefer that I not tag you with this journal. Just leave me a list of journals that you don't want me to tag. You don't have to tell me why you're opting out or anything like that!

All comments on the opt-out post are screened unless you request otherwise.

If you do want to talk CR or chat in general, feel free to add me on Plurk at [plurk.com profile] bakateers. I look forward to threading with everyone!
