For treants the answer is no. They can be influenced with green magic, but not with bargain.

For vila the answer is yet, but limited. They can't or won't leave the forest, so they wouldn't be off use outside of it. They also definitely won't fight for you or anyone else, unless someone happens to break the forest. Then they will fight those people.
