March Announcements & February Update Log

Announcements for March:

• The Spring Equinox is March 20th! The Spring Equinox focuses on rebirth and renewal. There will be a bit of a push among citizens toward trying new things around town, so if you haven't tried something new, you may find yourself encouraged to do so. Egg dishes and dishes with edible flowers are particularly popular around this time of the yearn. Rabbits are revered during this time and not allowed to be consumed, captured, or harmed.
• The general mood is typically lively during March, but Camelot itself is not as vibrant as it normally is during this time due to needing to clean up after the siege. Though there are still flowers being hung up around town, the focus is more on cleaning up the mess than decorating. Elphame is known for its elaborate floral arches, halls, and even tunnels, so if your character is looking for a way to clear their head and feel a sense of floral wonderment, they may want to head over that way.
• March's weather is warming up a little, mostly in the upper 40's and lower 50's (like 7-12C), but is most notably horrendously humid. Fog every morning, every evening.

NEW Housekeeping Updates:

• Map has been updated on the locations page.
• The following specification has been added to the FAQ regarding knight quests: 

"Non-knights who are invited by a knight to participate may receive Combat Quest credit toward a title, as it counts as training experience, but cannot claim the knight title bonus on rewards."

• We will be adding a section to the monthly plotting post / CR meme that says "Monthly Quests I'm Interested In:" to give people a clearer indicator of quest plotting without creating any scavenger hunts to find more plotting opportunity locations. As a reminder, quests can be done at any point during the month, they do not occur at any specific time and can be plotted or done at any time.
• The following note has been added to the locations page:

NOTE: The calamity is now visible in the sky regardless of where in Avalon you are. This occurred during the February event: Sugar and Siege.

Monthly Updates Summary:

• Rewards page now has a used links spreadsheet added to the instructions for ease of finding what links you have used. it should work starting with this month's submissions and should automatically populate! additionally, we've come up with a system to easily PM players after rewards submissions are processed.
