Oh! Okay, I misunderstood. Camelot will be accepting most of the refugees, so you can just handwave your character talking to people in the city to help coordinate. Camelot as a city will be coordinating refugee efforts since that's where everyone is going. Though King Arthur will be leading/organizing efforts once he gets back from Celliwig, anyone is welcome to volunteer to help out or pull their own resources.

Bargains are more in your hands than ours; we recommend checking out the bestiary for ideas on what creatures are available to make bargains with. You can set your own prices as long as they're reasonably equivalent to the task you want their assistance with, and the location makes sense. (Like mossatees can't help carry refugees to Camelot because they're water-bound.)
