1. One character has to drink from each chalice. They can decide who drinks from what, etc. One character attempting to drink both chalices, both characters drinking the same chalice, or spillage will result in the trial magically resetting itself.

2. Dionysus may take note of it, but he's a chill dude of a god. Consider the sales contract severed, since the agreement was made under false pretenses.
