Tomura Shigaraki

Character: Tomura Shigaraki (My Hero Academia) | [personal profile] facepalmchampion
Familiar: Onryo
Magic Disciplines: Dark/Technomancy

Announcement
Shigaraki didn't really care which one of these won. He hadn't made his mind up about this place yet and if it was worth destroying or putting his effort in. He voted for war because he's sure it's headed that way and now with the population specifically divided he's actually strongly considering the worthiness of it's leadership. Their leaders, as far as he's concerned, are useless.

The matter of the vote doesn't seem like an issue, it's that they've decided that a good portion of 'half' of their society doesn't matter. Ones that didn't want or couldn't handle a certain outcome. Feel free to assume he's around the network as player_one with these talking points if you'd like to use inbox to message him directly about them. He's not afraid to tell anyone that their fickle leadership had no intention of listening to the vote and just hoped it turned out a certain way. When, in fact, it never mattered so when it didn't come out the way the leadership wanted, they chose for the entire population anyway without further debate and ousted half their civilization.

This is extremely reminiscent to his home world, one that he hates and wants to see burn for similar reasons and different execution.

The Trials
I'm cast friendly to all of these if you guys want. I'm more than comfortable working things out.

Day One: Power Imbalance
Either way is fine by me but if you want to control Shigaraki, as it seems you have memories of what you've done or have been done to you on occasion of finding someone who knew to confirm it. If a great many people confirm it later he'll know as well. He holds a grudge better than a glass holds water and for way longer. Depending on how he feels about what's been done, he may be a pain in your ass for a long time to come after. I'm fine with pretty much anything as long as it doesn't fall into a trope for victimisation well after the event without due cause or reason. Reasons that I'd have to very much be convinced of for people he's just meeting. If he doesn't know your character he's not likely to do something heinous to them without provocation. If you want this we can work out the details. For castmates you know he's a dick. But. He's a supervillain not a monster (lol?).

Day Two: Schadenfreude
Anyone who's in the stocks he will probably go and make fun of a bit. Considering this is a spell and they're not really aware they're being tested from my understanding, he's probably the type to have a bit of a go. If for some reason their plight actually seems on par with his morals, or something they say ticks with his mind he'll probably save them. This goes for cast members as well, as long as we do the 'don't know them' or he can use it as leverage later.

Day Three: Indulge Me
This can go either way, if he learns that he's going to be indebted and/or in some sort of servitude, he won't do it but will gladly enjoy your character selling their soul despite what he might try to tell them if they choose to avoid this. He doesn't want that and he's already got some issues from back home with it. I'm keeping spoilers down but if you choose this option please be aware that there may be manga spoilers. I can do my best for you but I can't always avoid them sadly in a situation like this.

Day Four: What's the Meaning of Stongehenge?
WHO DID THIS? I LOVE YOU. Please, I'm in love with this song. I can't not listen.

Okay anyway. Event stuff. Shigaraki's moving those rocks. Don't even try him. You can help him or make fun of him for it (with consequence if it's too bad) but he's not being beaten by some big frigging rock puzzle. Feel free to be beaten by some Plus Ultra Pebbles, but not him, lazyass.

Day Five: Pooling Desire
Not... too sure what to do with this one, this is an odd one for him but I'm open to anyone that wants to figure it out, or have him berate them to save them lol. If he gives a damn enough or again there's a plight that he sees/a reason to bother/leverage for later, he'll definitely do it. If you want to be the one to save him, please let me know because aftermath comes along with these events and he'll already be angry about some things. Being controlled in general will have made him upset, being controlled by a spell while being controlled by a spell will just make him triple the mad.

Day Six: #ChaliceChallenge
Totally up for this. Should you have something else in mind that's fine, please hmu! Otherwise, Shigaraki isn't the sort to want to sacrifice himself(-ish), but if there's no gain he won't sacrifice the other person either. Not because of any virtue, but because there's no reason. He's smart enough to ask the questions like there being other means of getting out. No one tells him what to do because he is a tantruming manchild at best of times if he gets too upset. At worst of times he puts his actual big boy pants on and destroys an entire city over it. To keep in character, this would be no different. There's another way because there always is, not because there might be, but because he says so.

Aftermath
All in all the aftermath of this is he's going to be pissed. He hates being controlled, and even more in recent times. This is double controlled and so he'll be likely double the pain in the ass. Everything is just situationally dependant for him.

I'm happy to figure out any aftermath if you don't want to do the event itself, but you'd rather an aftermath scenario of your choosing with his characteristics in mind.

Please look at this heinous gremlin.
This is by no means canon and I couldn't resist lmao
