1. Yes. Only on the outside, once it's in his mouth he'll be ok!

2. As long as no one gets hurt, there's no punishment, but if someone gets hurt for someone's reckless behavior then they may be sent home away from the party on their own. If they intentionally cause harm or try to lead a hoard of zombies back to either the party or the city, they will be given official punishment. (If anyone does that let us know so we can suss out something that works for both punishment without limiting playability for players.)
