Hello everyone! I'm J and I have two characters to bring in: this one here is Lunafreya Nox Fleuret, the female protag from Final Fantasy XV/Kingsglaive and whatnot. Destined to be the Oracle, speak to Gods, and determined to save a dying planet, she goes through A Lot. So this sudden change of scenery will be strangely welcome for her. Important too: if you aren't up for any XV spoilers here's the opt-out post if you need anything at all! <3

Also, number two is Sal the Cacophony (thecacophony), the protagonist from the Grave of Empires fantasy book series (Seven Blades in Black, Ten Arrows of Iron, etc.). She's a rough vagrant mage out of a dusty wasteland, oftentimes being grumpy and fighting whoever or whatever she can. While she'd like to be as capable of doing good as Lunafreya, she's got...a ways to go. Here's her opt-out if you're concerned about book spoilers, or anything else!

I haven't completely finished watching Beastars, but I am absolutely excited to interact with Haru as well! Lunafreya will do her best to be polite and make news friends soon.

I'm in a similar boat with healer-types, and also often burn bright for the Few Female Characters in a main cast of mostly guys lol. Plus characters who have a lot on their shoulders and having to remain strong..../hand-to-heart

I won't be a huge spoilerbeast with Beastars, I promise. I am relatively canon blind to FFXV but Haru is actually pretty easy to get along with once you get past the fact that she can be a bit morose & blunt at times.

yooo it's super cool to see Luna around! I'm Ashley and I'll be playing Prompto here. He'll be really jazzed to finally get a chance to meet her after everything that's happened.

Yay! I haven't gotten far in FFXV (pretty much not much at all... /shakes fist DAMN YOU ADHD) I do know who Lunafreya is tho and I really liked her design and wanted to cosplay her once upon a time.

Anyway, I feel like these two might have a couple similarities to comiserate on. I don't mind spoilers for XV either. It might help motivate me past the beginning sidequests lol.

Also, just making sure, but you're not the same "J" that's in Abaddonia right? I mean, could be a popular nickname, just gotta make sure for my own curiosity XD

This sounds great to me, because I have also played Breath of the Wild and my fierce love for Zelda lingers on! And I agree, these two definitely should have much in common, least of all the great burden of Special Destinies. PRINCESS SOLIDARITY

tbh I'm still new to playing him but I'll do my best!! And yeah her just being able to chill with them and not be dead is awesome... maybe now that they escaped from their canon world everyone can have good things
