+1 Zombie Apocalypse Survivor
Hello everyone,
My name is Ax and I'm new to the game. I am bringing in Claire Redfield from the Resident Evil games. She's coming in from the end of the 2019 remake of Resident Evil 2, where she blundered into a zombie outbreak in Raccoon City in search of her missing brother. The short of it is a pharmaceutical company called Umbrella developed a bio-weapon that got loose and turned a bunch of people into zombies, and Claire just happened to be in town at the time. She's dealt with mutated monsters, a seriously tough zombie in a trench coat, and a few people involved in a government conspiracy over the course of the last 24 hours, so she's super tired. She'll be arriving basically immediately after the game ends, so the good times keep on rolling.
Claire's a strong-willed, deeply kind individual with a penchant for playing both hero and protector. She gets involved in the primary plot by running into a young girl and deciding that she's going to protect her to the bitter end. She's tougher than she looks, she's a motorcycle enthusiast, and she's had a fair bit of combat training from her brother to boot so I'm sure she'll fit in on quests. Her familiar is a barghest, basically a big black dog/hellhound, and she'll be learning dark magic.
Due to the somewhat gross nature of Resident Evil in general, I've made an opt out post for people who might want to avoid dealing with any of that. I have also not played DMC...well, not since the 1st one came out ages ago. It's on my list. I've played off a Nero before though, and he seems like fun. I look forward to bouncing off you too.
